Successful results in past years include:

• A failure-to-warn product liability claim as a result of exposure to the chemical Toluene resulting in kidney failure;
• A construction negligence case for failure to maintain a safe workplace, resulting in injury in a fall which required back surgery;
• A medical malpractice claim due to failure to control bleeding, resulting in a stroke and death;
• An automobile negligence case resulting in the death of a pedestrian; and
• A design-defect product liability claim resulting in a laceration and development of Complex Regional Pain Syndrome.

Volunteer Work

John's volunteer work has included student tutoring for Lawrence Hall Youth Services, guest monitor for Housing Forward (formerly West Suburban PADS), a coach for Oak Park Youth Baseball and Softball, and a coach for Oak Park Park District.
